Core Responsibilities:
- Complete thorough Inspections of used cars to identify damages and maintenance needs, and document inspection findings.
- Test, diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Notify management of inspection findings and required maintenance and repairs, estimating the time needed to complete the repairs.
- Perform work according to dealership standards, and document all work performed.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience is required (including inspections, diagnostics, routine maintenance and repairs).
- ASE certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and thorough workmanship.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Must have your own tools and toolbox.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and a background check.
Hours and Work Environment:
Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday – Saturday; scheduled days may vary based on business needs. Our technicians enjoy a state-of-the-art, climate controlled shop.
