Our Sales department is looking for bilingual, experienced, pre-owned automotive sales professionals who want to make an immediate impact on our department. There is endless earning potential in this role. We offer a competitive and high growth team - plenty of opportunities for recognition!
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Inspect the lot daily and ensure vehicles are merchandised correctly
- Greet and guide the customer as they appear on the lot
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and texting in a professional manner
- Generate sales appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Handle incoming phone leads
- Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or are a no-show
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicle features on the lot
- Build strong rapport with customers
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of vehicle
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- At least one previous role in the automotive industry
- Pre-owned automotive experience preferred
- Must be able to speak, write, and understand Spanish and English fluently
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
- Quality customer service skills and proven sales track record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in-person and over the phone
- Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
- Team player attitude
- Must have strong typing skills
- Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST
- Proficiency with CRM and Outlook a plus
- Possess clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
