What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registrar System Support Analyst position at chapman?
Function as the liaison between the Office of the Registrar, the Director of PeopleSoft/Campus Solutions for the Enrollment Management Division, and the Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) office. Assist and serve as backup liaison with National Student Clearinghouse for enrollment reporting, degree verification, and student self-service. Working in conjunction with the University Registrar, provide oversight of and leadership for the student enterprise system(PeopleSoft/Campus Solutions), archival document imaging, and communications systems in the Office of the University Registrar. Facilitate continuous improvement in services to the larger Chapman University campus community through management of the PeopleSoft/Campus Solutions applications and companion systems, including the Perceptive Content document imaging system, which support student records management. Perform other duties as assigned.
