What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safe Ride Dispatcher / Navigator - Public Safety position at chapman?
The Safe Ride program operates Monday- Saturday during the evening hours.Duties include answering phones, recording information, assisting the driver with navigation, assisting in the safe loading/unloading of the vehicle, and relaying information over a two-way radio.Must help in providing a safe environment, filing and data entry.Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.Must be able to learn new processes.Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong decision-making ability.Must have the ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of the campus and surrounding areas.
