What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr Associate General Counsel position at chapman?
Provide legal research, writing and analytical support to the Sr. Vice President and institution for on a wide variety of legal matters. Assist in litigation support and oversight of litigated matters, including coordination with outside counsel. Act as a management advocate in administrative proceedings. Support the transactional practice by drafting and reviewing agreements for the institution. Provide advice and counsel to campus clients.This position will report to our newly appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel Hima Vatti and will require daily on-campus attendance.
