Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the garden center
- Manage and supervise a team of garden center staff
- Ensure the garden center is well-stocked with a variety of plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their gardening needs
- Create attractive displays and arrange merchandise in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized garden center environment
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the garden center

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a garden center or nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, and gardening techniques
- Skills for managing inventory and sales transactions
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
