The Dealership Finance Specialist is responsible for working with customers and the sales team to process and submit credit applications, prepare sales documents and contracts, and finalize deals with customers. This role ensures a smooth financing process, maintains compliance with lending requirements, and delivers exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers and sales staff in completing finance applications and collecting necessary documentation.
- Submit credit applications to lenders and work closely with financial institutions to secure financing approvals.
- Prepare and review sales contracts, bills of sale, loan agreements, and related documentation for accuracy.
- Clearly explain financing terms, payment structures, and warranty options to customers.
- Ensure all finance-related paperwork complies with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work with customers to finalize transactions and complete all necessary paperwork at the time of purchase.
- Maintain relationships with lenders and stay informed about current financing programs and promotions.
- Assist with titling and registration processes as needed.
- Support sales staff with financing options and payment structures to help close deals.

Requirements:Qualifications:
