Job Summary
Chappelle Roofing has an immediate opening for a Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team! We are a local reputable family owned and operated roofing company seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Bradenton / St. Pete / Tampa area. As a roofing salesperson your primary responsibilities will include proactively identifying new potential customers, performing roof evaluations, preparing and submitting accurate and professional bid proposals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from activity identifying leads to collecting the final check.
- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Utilize software tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Generating leads with commercial and residential decision markers.
- Continually meet or exceed sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
- Ensure estimates are completed in a timely manner.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Continued growth with current customer base.
- Maintaining proper sales reports.
Requirements
- The ability to follow up with customers, maintain positive relationships and close sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills with diverse audiences while prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with software tools related to sales tracking and customer relationship management ( Acculynx, CompanyCam, Roofr)
- Not scared of heights.
MONTHLY BONUSES & INCENTIVES
We offer a lucrative commission structure. A Sales Rep has the potential to earn anywhere between $80,000 - $200,000 per year, with top earners exceeding $250,000 .
