Role Overview
We are thrilled to announce the opening of a new office in Seattle with a team of sales, presales, customer success, and professional services professionals. We are seeking an individual with extensive expertise in the manufacturing sector and the ability to build and close multimillion-dollar strategic deals, opening new accounts on the West Coast and capitalizing on the momentum gained in recent years through strategic partnerships with large enterprise accounts in the A-list.
Key Responsibilities
- New customer acquisition in the Manufacturing vertical. Teaming with Sinequa marketing and partnership teams, leveraging your own network of customers and partners, you will be responsible for the development of a robust sales pipeline for the West Coast.
- Identify and present Sinequa key benefits to business and tech leaders at VP and C levels.
- Manage the global sales cycle from initial meetings to POC/prototype to contract negotiation.
- Orchestrate the extended team (Sales Engineer, Legal, Finance, executives) appropriately and maintain constant communication across the team and management.
- Establish and build account strategy plans with partners (Technology alliances and System Integrators) to drive multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Report progress on a weekly basis.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 10 years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in the PLM, ERP, Industrial software segment.
- Having a good understanding of the market dynamics of the AI space (Agentic AI, LLM) is essential.
- Deep understanding of the Manufacturing vertical (A&D, Automotive, semiconductors, energy, etc.) and of the product life cycle from Engineering and Design to Supply Chain to maintenance and support is a must.
- A hunter mentality—self-motivated, proactive, and eager to break into new accounts using your industry expertise to your advantage.
- Understanding of the key challenges of large organizations and how the processing and analytics of unstructured data can give them a competitive edge.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles for F500 companies, selling software deals over a million dollars, including building multi-party proposals (software infrastructure services).
- Comfortable selling at VP and C Level as well as selling to a technical audience (IT).

The annual On-Target Earnings for this role (base salary variable bonus) ranges from $250,000 to $350,000. These ranges represent the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the ranges may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
