The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of well-rounded recruitment experience, including some blue-collar hiring for operations, production, and technician roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for Blue-Collar (factory-based) positions.
- Work directly with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates, conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of volume recruitment experience within any Manufacturing industry – Agency recruiters looking to move in-house are welcome to apply.
- Must be fully comfortable with both blue-collar recruitment at all levels of experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
