Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners (NP) to join our team in Rochester, MN. This role is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter.
Responsibilities
- Delivers on Chapter's promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines
- Mastery of clinic treatments
- Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
- Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
- Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. average ticket, product sales, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
- Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefits of membership to current members
- Represents Chapter's Purpose and Values in all circumstances
- May travel to other studios within the territory to assist with staffing needs
