Experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced aesthetic nurse practitioner to join our Chicago team! Chapter Aesthetic Studio is a leading provider in the aesthetic industry, dedicated to delivering top-quality cosmetic treatments and personalized care. We're seeking a talented and passionate full-time aesthetic nurse practitioners (FNP) with 3 years of aesthetics experience to join our team in Chicago. This role is pivotal in achieving guest satisfaction, retention and word-of-mouth referrals, and will have a significant impact on the ongoing success of Chapter.

Responsibilities

• Delivers on Chapter’s promise of extraordinary results, innovation and safety by upholding all procedures and protocols and participating in advanced education specific to all regulatory agency and Chapter guidelines
• Masterful scope of clinic treatments
• Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
• Upholds facility standards by assuring all treatment rooms, devices and supplies are organized and cleaned according to established procedures and protocols
• Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e. average ticket, product sales, rebook, retention goals) by following established consultation and retail systems
• Educates all non-members as to benefits of Chapter membership and consistently reinforces benefits of membership to current members
• Represents Chapter's Purpose and Values in all circumstances
• May travel to other studios within the territory to assist with staffing needs
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications

• Education Level: Nurse Practitioner, FNP required
• Licensed to practice in state of assigned territory/state
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, with 3-4 year of Aesthetics Nurse experience required
• Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
• Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
  
  

Hourly rate $60 depending on experience
