Job Summary :
The Senior Marketing Manager - Events and Local will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will focus on planning and executing events, as well as developing and managing our local marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event planning, local marketing, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of Chapter and establish our presence across our markets.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Event Planning and Execution :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy, including grand openings, promotional events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, staffing, and promotional materials.
- Create event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and ensure maximum exposure and visibility.
- Measure and analyze event success metrics, providing reports and recommendations for future improvements.
