## Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
## Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
## Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain an organized cash drawer
- Understanding of retail math for pricing and inventory management
- Experience in catering, banquets, or event service is a plus
- Proficiency in food handling and beverage preparation
