As a growing and dynamic team, Chapter Miami seeks a motivated Sales professional to help expand our footprint in the South Florida market. This individual will be crucial in generating leads, building relationships with key industry professionals, and driving sales growth.
About the Role
The job will focus on working with qualified leads confirmed by our business development department via call or email, planning walk-through appointments with customers, meeting them at their residences, and estimating renovation costs. The perfect candidate will be able to swiftly and elegantly convey to future customers how and why the chapter team is the right renovation partner for their remodeling project. Responsibilities
- SELL, SELL, SELL AND SELL!
- Contact qualified leads to set up walk-through appointments.
- Meet with prospective clients in South Florida.
- Generate renovation estimates promptly.
- Skillfully communicate about Chapter's expertise.
- Build relationships with Miami’s top real estate agents, brokers, architects, and developers to generate leads and referrals.
- Conduct presentations to brokerage teams, architects, and other industry partners to educate them about Chapter’s design-build services and how we can add value to their clients.
- Communicate Chapter’s expertise and offerings professionally and effectively to prospective clients.
- Could you collaborate with the Business Development team on growth strategies and marketing initiatives?
- Ensure outstanding customer service through high availability, responsiveness, and expertise.
Qualifications
5 years of experience in sales.
Experience in construction and / or Renovation / Home improvement.
A strong network within the Miami luxury real estate market.
Experience working with high-net-worth clients and understanding their expectations.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
Strong public speaking and presentation skills to engage brokerage teams and industry partners.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
A team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
