- Assist with managing and supervising team of staff members including oversight of day-to-day operations to provide exceptional care and service to residents.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and their families to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and programs.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures, related to resident care and safety.
- Assist the Director of Health and Wellness with budget planning and management.
- Under the guidance of Director of Health and Wellness develop and implement programs and services that enhance the quality of life for residents.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, their families, and staff members.
