Are you able to make an amazing Neapolitan Pizza that most cooks in Italy would be jealous of?
Cooking up pizzas is the name of the game for pizza makers. Expect to prepare a wide variety of pizzas, from thin crust stretching to taming the fire in the oven.
You’ll need to work quickly to pad the dough, mold it into the proper shape and apply the sauce and necessary ingredients to keep up with customers' orders.
This is a skill that has been honed after several years and if you have it, WE WANT YOU!
Char & Lemon located in the heart of Oxford,CT is opening soon and we are starting the recruitment process for our Back of House Team.
We will be offering a menu of Neapolitan Pizzas, Starters, Salads, Entrees and Small Bites. Our focus is fresh, local and elevated cuisine with Italian influences.
All our food will be made from scratch using some of the best ingredients we can source!
We are looking for seasoned and passionate pizza cooks to join with us in our journey. As this is the initial location, bringing your restaurant experience and helping us grow our brand will be an important part of our success.
