We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Busser/Server Assistant to join our team at our busy upscale steakhouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting servers in providing exceptional service to our guests in a fine dining environment.
Job Description:
- Assist servers in providing excellent customer service to guests
- Set and reset tables according to restaurant standards
- Clear tables of dishes, silverware, glassware, and other items
- Ensure clean and tidy restaurant environment
- Assist with food and beverage service as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Provide assistance to servers as needed
- Uphold the reputation of the restaurant by providing exceptional service
