The Lead Growth Product Manager will help the Growth Product Engineering Team achieve our goal of scaling the product to billions of users by developing experiences that deliver on our mission to give everyone access to personalized AI.
As a Lead Growth Product Manager, you will work across multiple disciplines to grow the user base.
Responsibilities
Execute on the product vision / ideation, collaborate on strategy, and implementation of ambiguous and open ended product experiences that utilize the cutting-edge capabilities of our current and future models.
Collaborate with users, engineering, design, community, and marketing to bring cutting-edge AI applications into the best product experience.
Partner with data science to test and measure quality of the product experience to make informed decisions about the success and evolution of our products to delight users
Drive cross-functional product deployment, release coordination, and product improvement
Job Requirements
10 years of deep consumer product management experience working on open ended product spaces
3 years working on user growth or subscription growth
Ability to deliver on product execution focusing on both the short term and long term
Strong understanding of AI industry, in terms of competitors and incumbent strategies
Technical degree and / or prior software engineering experience
Nice to Have
Experience with monetization for consumer subscriptions
Startup experience
