We are seeking our first Senior Finance Leader to help build out the finance function for Character.AI. As a Senior Leader of Finance, you’ll play an integral role in all areas of finance – managing our budgeting process, forecasting the business, reporting, cash management and treasury.

Requirements:
- 10 years of FP&A experience; experience building and scaling FP&A functions at high-growth software companies strongly preferred 5 years directly managing people and teams
- Experience operating at all levels with the ability and drive to be hands-on while also keeping an eye on the strategic big picture.
- Advanced excel and google sheet user.
- Familiarity with data analytics software (for example: looker, amplitude, mixpanel) preferred.
- ERP experience (for example: NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Business field; MBA a plus
