About the role
As a Software Engineer on the Growth Engineering team, you will help bring Character.AI to millions of new users around the globe. We're a highly cross-functional team that owns some of Character's most important business metrics around user growth, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities
- Build new features aimed at improving user acquisition, user onboarding, and user retention.
- Run and analyze A / B experiments to test the impact of new features
- Participate in brainstorming experiment ideas for experiments the team should run
