Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Content Uploads: Upload content to our curriculum platform with meticulous attention to detail
- Verify and Rectify Links: Conduct thorough link checks and promptly rectify any inaccuracies or errors
- Retrieve Data: Gather and consolidate data and information from diverse sources efficiently.
- Conduct Content Audits: Perform comprehensive content audits to identify errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies where appropriate.
- Develop Presentation Materials: Create visually appealing and informative content presentations utilizing platforms such as Google Slides, Canva, or other relevant tools, tailored to specific requirements.
- Participate in Team Meetings: Attend weekly team meetings as necessary to provide updates, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to discussions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement of one year of college or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Notion, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Reliable internet and ability to consistently work 20-25 hours/week
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn
Hours and Compensation:
- $16.50 per hour, increasing to $19.00 per hour after a successful first 6 months
- 20-25 hours per week - No set hours other than check-in meetings with your team. You will be responsible for creating your own schedule and communicating that with your supervisor
- 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked
