What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Supervisor position at Charcoal Grill and Rotisserie?
The Charcoal Grill in Oak Creek is looking for Kitchen Supervisor and Lead Line cooks to join our team. We are currently looking for two individuals that are able to work a flex schedule of day and times. Ideal schedule will be working 11am to 8pm four days a week with one dinner shift to round out your forty hours.
Supervisor Lead Cooks need to have the ability to run the kitchen tickets, broil meats on wood fire, sandwich board, salads and wood fired pizza area. Your main position will be calling food to all areas of kitchen.
Hours of operations are daily from 11:30am to 9pm, on Sunday we open at 9am for brunch service.
This is a full time positions are available, Must be able to work at least 4 shifts a week. Lead cooks are expected to be on the line during peak volume days and nights. Hours are flexible, but must include Sunday, Friday and Saturday .
