Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, creating memorable experiences for our guests in a lively environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that our bar area is well-stocked and clean.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages during busy periods.
• Stay updated on beverage trends and menu changes to enhance guest experiences.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and operating a cash register.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
• Experience in brewing or sales is a plus, as it can enhance your ability to engage with customers about beverage options.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
