Summary:
Charcuterie Artisans LLC was founded as Daniele International LLC in 1975 by the Dukcevich Family, Daniele is a branded leader and private label producer of specialty Italian charcuterie and deli meats, including prosciutto, salami, and snack packs.
The Business/System Analyst’s role is to plan and execute data migration activities for the implementation of the new ERP Infor LN software. This would include Collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data migration, developing and maintain data governance processes and procedures, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration process, and providing ongoing support and maintenance of data governance processes. The Business/System Analyst is also responsible for communicating progress and updates to the ERP Data Management Lead and other relevant stakeholders while continuously improving our ERP system.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and ensure that the master data meets their requirements while maintaining integrity
- Ensure master data is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Run analysis on master data and complete updates in mass when new requirements or changes are implemented
- Provide training and support to business users on how to use master data effectively
- Work with other IT/IS team members to integrate data with other systems and applications and understand the impacts
- Ensures cross-functional access to systems
- Utilizes ERP integration methodologies to map business processes to ERP modules (typically with assistance from consultants or vendors) and administers user acceptance testing
- Documents, delivers, and administers training and related materials to end users
- Supply system support following implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline or relative equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- ERP(Enterprise Resource Plan) experience required.
- Strong understanding of data structures and processes
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Infor LN software is preferred.
- Implementation experience with Infor LN and or other ERP solutions is preferred.
- Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter
