The Commercialization Coordinator manages the flow of new product development coordination from beginning to end including strategic alignment, artwork creation, material ordering, production, and deployment. This role acts as a liaison between finance, plant operations, R&D, supply chain, demand & production planning. The successful candidate in this role will monitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to inform and drive continuous product innovation and development.
\n- Supports the development and execution of strategies to bring new products to market.
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful coordination and execution of commercialization efforts.
- Conducts thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing insights to guide product development.
- Assists in creating and executing marketing plans and preparing materials to support successful product launches.
- Monitors the progress of commercialization initiatives, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Helps identify and recommend process improvements to streamline and optimize commercialization efforts.
- Ensures all commercialization activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and discuss how to improve the NPD sales process.
- Process and product coordinate - the ability to manage an extensive project list of at least 5-7 projects at various stages of completion.
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with automated MRP / ERP systems
- Accurate and attentive to detail.
- Well-organized, adapts to changing priorities.
- Ability to execute deadlines and manage projects professionally.
- 5 years experience minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Previous experience in a related role, such as marketing coordinator, product development specialist, or project manager
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of commercialization processes and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
