We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. The Logistics Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the logistics department. This role involves managing transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and regulations.
\n- Supervise and manage logistics personnel and administrative support.
- Work with planning/customer service on have ready dates, timing of deliveries, and potential service issues.
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
- Oversee daily entry of shipments into current ERP system.
- Develop and implement KPI’s to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain and monitor transportation schedules and routes to include negotiation of freight rates.
- Create metrics for measurement of vendor efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations to include DOT.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare and analyze reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations.

Salary : $70,000 - $76,000
