What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Information Coordinator position at Charcuterie Artisans?
We are looking to add a Sales Information Coordinator to our team who will play a key role in helping us build enduring brands that are demanded by consumers and shape the charcuterie category. This exciting role will be responsible for inter-department coordination between sales and other departments, managing new customer set-ups, pricing, maintaining sales kits, events, marketing swag and various sales reports and data.
\n- - Sales Information Support for Retail, Club, and Food Service Teams
- - Fulfilling broker requests
- - External New Item Setup/Forms: Provide sales team with any information, assets, or documents required for setting up a new item with a customer.
- - New Customer Set Up Coordination: Work with internal teams to gather information and provide/obtain documents for new customer set up.
- - Maintain Sales Kit assets for Creminelli and Del Duca brands.
- - GDSN/1WS Item Data Accuracy Management
- - Customer portal maintenance/ownership
- - Internal Sharepoint maintenance/Ownership
- - Price List Management
- - Item Catalog Management
- - Sample Order Entry and Maintenance
- - Trade Show Coordination: Manage trade show booth samples/swag/marketing items, trade show booth logistics, sales team travel & hotel coordination, trade show registration & account management, trade show booth set up & labor.
- - Manage Wholesale Inquires and Sales Leads and redistribute to the appropriate Manager.
- - FSQA Coordination: Point of contact for Sales Team: attaining audit information, insurance certificates, scheduling customer tours, reporting/follow up for customer quality complaints.
- - Weekly/Monthly Reporting Support

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
