Sunday night at 8:00PM to Thursday 6:00AM)
We are looking for Operators to work in our Rubber Mixing Department. You will learn all positions in our Mixing Department. (Compounding, Mixing, Mill, Service
Labor.) We are looking for a few more friendly, hard- working, quality & safety conscious, dedicated people that will fit in with our growing team.
Job Requirements:
· Must be able to work a 40-hour work week and there is some overtime when needed mostly on Friday’s. (Overtime is 6.0 to 8.0 hours if needed)
- Knowledge of Rubber is preferred but is not required.
- Can Read & Understand line-up, mill specifications, digital scale, and computer
- Good organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Lifting of 50lbs. to 90lbs.- Capable of moderate physical effort
- Can drive or willing to learn to drive a forklift
- Good communication skills to report malfunctions of equipment to supervisor
- Ability to package & wrap rubber material
- Understand quality, group interaction and teamwork
- Conditions can be hot in the summer, raw materials dust & dirt
- Dependable
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
