- Maintain oversight of assistant coaches and ensure their training and development align with the program's goals.
- Develop and implement a clear vision for the program that aligns with the educational goals of Charlevoix Public Schools and the Michigan Interscholastic Athletics Association.
- Collaborate with the Varsity Boys Track & Field Head Coach to create a positive student-athlete experience for all participants.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable Michigan High School Athletic Association rules and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable Charlevoix Public Schools policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school track and field coaching experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
