Social Media Strategist

Art Home Photo specializes in high-quality real estate marketing, including photography, videography, and drone footage. We help realtors and businesses create visually compelling content that enhances property listings and strengthens their marketing efforts.
Alongside this, we run Art Home Social, our dedicated social media management division. We craft custom content and strategies that help businesses build their online presence, connect with their audience, and stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This in-person role requires someone who can develop and implement engaging social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand and goals.
This role is more than just scheduling posts—it’s about thinking outside the box, creating original content ideas, and driving engagement and growth. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, social media management, and storytelling, with a passion for innovation and fresh ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute custom social media strategies for various clients.
- Create engaging, high-quality content, including graphics, captions, and short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
- Generate original content ideas that align with each client’s brand and target audience.
- Manage content scheduling and publishing across multiple platforms.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their brand identity is reflected in all content.
- Oversee paid social media advertising campaigns (including social media and display ads).
- Stay ahead of social media trends and proactively implement new ideas.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to content management and campaign execution.
- Attend occasional client meetings and content shoots (some light travel within Northeast Indiana may be required).
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy.
- Strong ability to develop creative, original, and engaging content.
- In-depth understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimize strategies.
- Experience with social media advertising (REQUIRED).
- Excellent writing skills for compelling captions and campaign messaging.
- Experience with short-form video editing and Reels/TikTok content creation (HIGHLY PREFERRED).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective client collaboration.
