This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Commercial Counsel located in Campbell, CA. The Senior Commercial Counsel will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to supplier, customer, and partnership contracts. They will also provide legal advice and support to various departments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves managing legal risks, supporting business development activities, and contributing to corporate governance efforts.
- Negotiation, Drafting, and Reviewing skills
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Law and Contracts
- Experience in Corporate Governance and Legal Compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in the California State Bar
- Prior experience in the technology or energy sector is a plus
