We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Administrator. Your primary role will be to assist us with maintaining files and paperwork and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
This is an afternoon shift 3pm-12am
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Communicating with warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee heavy lifting operations, ensuring that all team members are properly trained in safe lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective inventory management practices.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facility to identify areas for improvement or maintenance needs
- Related warehouse experience would be considered as an asset.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Good time-management with an ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
