Charger Water Treatment Products is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be essential in managing our inventory and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. Your role will involve handling incoming shipments, assembling water treatment products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support our commitment to providing top-quality water treatment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort incoming shipments of water treatment products.
- Accurately pick, assemble, pack, and label products for shipment to customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular counts and updates.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is safe, clean, and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 70 lbs) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations.
- Forklift certification is a plus but can be obtained on-the-job.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
- $16.50 / hour
- $100 Monthly bonuses when goals are met
