- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and inspect for quality
- Store products in their designated locations and maintaining an organized warehouse
- Accurately pick, assemble, pack, and label orders for shipment
- Conduct regular inventory counts and keep detailed records
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals
- Flexible to work overtime as needed based on workload demands
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 70 lbs) and to stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required
- Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- $16.50/hour
- $100 Monthly bonuses when goals are met
