STARTING PAY: $18/hr after training/30 days pay increases to $20/hr

OVERVIEW: We need someone to manage our Oklahoma City warehouse, handling day to day operations which mainly consists of pull, packing and shipping orders that come in for our amazon and eBay stores, unloading freight with a forklift, filling in other roles as needed. SHIPPING ORDERS: This is an ecommerce hub location so the bulk of the job will be to ship orders for our ecommerce stores, this includes printing labels, picking the part from the shelf and packaging the part so a shipping company can pick up the packages (or you may have to deliver)
RECEIVING STOCK: You'll be responsible for unloading trucks filled with pallets of boxes and supplies, but also product such as starters and alternators or batteries. This will require the use of a forklift
MANAGING STOCK: You will be responsible for weekly counts of inventory.
CLEANING: You'll also be responsible for doing light clean up every day including: sweeping, taking trash out, occasional bathroom cleaning
OTHER DUTIES YOU WILL HAVE TO DO OCASSIONALLY
DATA ENTRY:
- Basic computer literacy is mandatory. (typing and copy and paste)
- Building eBay and Amazon listings.
- Other Excel related projects using a lot of copy and paste.
- Using a company email (ability to send and sort emails)
TELEMARKETING:
- Make calls to gather info on potential customers and check on existing customers. Basically, read a script and gather email/names.
- Be friendly to customers/potential customers and fill out an excel sheet with notes and updates where we're at with each account.
- Add to our customer list using google to search for category types that fit our target customers.
DELIVERY: May have to take some deliveries to customers if no one else is available (including batteries up to 120 lbs). *not very often, most common batteries are 20-60lbs.
HANDLING WALK-INS: You will be responsible for being able to help customers who walk in to buy parts locally
