Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Manage and track orders using ShipStation and Shopify , ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Oversee the processing of shipments and wholesale management to maintain D2C seamless operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints, providing timely updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze reports related to account performance, inventory levels, and order metrics.
- Maintain accurate account records, including customer preferences, order history, and special requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams (sales, billing, and logistics) to ensure a smooth online retail customer experience.
