We are looking to expand our Tech Department in North Dakota! Charitable Gaming Distributors provides graphically enhanced Electronic Pull-Tab or Electronic Bingo systems to charitable gaming markets running on modern Windows based computer systems. If you are a motivated self-starter with excellent problem solving and customer service skills then this is the position for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Installs software/equipment in businesses in accordance with established standards and procedures; always maintains safety and professionalism.
  • Completely and accurately tests installed software/equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order prior to departure from installation site.
  • Provides a thorough explanation of software/equipment/manuals, its capabilities and operation to the customer; responds to all questions in a courteous and knowledgeable manner.
  • Accurately completes all necessary paperwork including but not limited to work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules.
  • Maintains inventory control of assigned assets to ensure adequate stock levels; participates in inventory process on a regularly scheduled basis.
  • Maintains control of all assigned company property and ensures that assets are always maintained.
  • Safely operates assigned company vehicle and ensures that it is maintained according to manufacturer’s specifications as applicable.
  • Exhibits appearance and conduct in accordance with established company standards to present a professional image to customers and the general public; maintains the highest degree of decency, honesty, and integrity.
  • When on call, always ensures availability by phone contact for service calls.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • Coordinates activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups.
  • Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
  • Replaces defective or inadequate software packages.

  • Travel regularly with driving up to 50 miles daily
  • Overnight up to 10%
  • Maybe exposed to situations where customers/clientele are under the influence of alcohol

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus bonus structure
