Founded in 2007, Charitable Ventures (CV) exists as a center for social change to help nonprofits, foundations, governments and community partners maximize their impact and strengthen our communities. With more than $20M in annual revenue, Charitable Ventures serves as a regional incubator for over 60 community initiatives, 30 sponsored nonprofits, and 20 government contracts. Our work drives social change by providing innovative solutions, fiscal sponsorship and incubation, social impact consulting, philanthropic regranting and public contract management, allowing organizations to focus on their mission and achieve lasting impact.

FaCT is a County of Orange Social Services Agency public-private program that is supported in partnership with Charitable Ventures. Since 1994, FaCT has provided support services to children and families through community-based collaboratives operating family resource centers. FaCT supports these community-based centers by providing program development and administration, funding, and training. FaCT receives federal, state, and county funds including U.S. Department of Health and Human Services- Promoting Safe and Stable Families (PSSF), Office of Child Abuse Prevention (OCAP), the County of Orange as well as volunteer, in-kind support and private foundations and donations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced program manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Charitable Ventures team supporting the FaCT program, you will play a significant leadership role. The FaCT Network Manager is the lead for the FaCT Administrative Services (FAS) contract with OC Social Services Agency, coordinating and managing all work to support the Network, including Data and Evaluation, Training and Technical Assistance, Marketing and Communication, Resource Development, and Administration and Operations. The FaCT Network Manager will represent Charitable Ventures internally and externally in all FaCT related matters, and will attend and/or lead regular meetings of FaCT leadership, staff, partners and committees. This is a supervisory role, with the Manager serving as the direct supervisor for two dedicated Charitable Ventures staff, and coordinating the work of other Charitable Ventures staff and external consultants. The Manager will also develop content trainings, marketing pieces, and reports, and manage the administration of the program.

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team, someone with excellent interpersonal communication and public speaking skills. The ideal candidate will excel in project and time management, demonstrating the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. A passion for nonprofit work and experience supporting families is essential, and Spanish proficiency is a plus! What are the desired qualifications?

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, communications, marketing, social science or related field, or equivalent work experience; Master’s degree strongly preferred. In lieu of degree, at least 8 years of equivalent experience accepted.

Experience:

· Five years’ experience in marketing, training, administration, and community relations

· Knowledge of public/private partnership

· Collegial, collaborative work style required

· Effective written communication and presentation skills

· Supervisory or project/team leadership experience a strong plus

Compensation Commensurate with experience, education, and market ($82,000 annual salary offered per contract)
