What You'll Do:
As a Game Host/Hostess, you’ll be the heart and soul of our guest experience. Your role will involve:
- Welcoming Guests: Be the friendly face that makes every guest feel special from the moment they walk through the door.
- Guiding the Fun: Help guests navigate our sweepstakes, explain how to play, and showcase our latest promotions.
- Handling Transactions: Process payments accurately and efficiently while engaging with guests.
- Problem Solving: Use your judgment to address any issues that arise, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
- Maintaining a Vibrant Atmosphere: Keep our space clean and organized to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Building Relationships: Get to know our guests and create connections that keep them coming back.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally, you have 3 years in hospitality or a related field.
- Personality: You’re outgoing, friendly, and always ready to make someone’s day better.
- Skills: Strong communication, excellent cash handling, and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
- Detail-Oriented: You pay attention to the little things that make a big difference.
- Requirements: Must be 21 , with TABC Certification, Food Handler’s Permit, and the ability to pass a background check. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable standing and moving around for extended periods.
