As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, including nonprofits and social service organizations. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and provide them with personalized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
You will also collaborate with our underwriting team to negotiate policy terms and pricing and ensure timely and accurate delivery of policy documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Proactively reach out to clients to discuss policy renewal changes and confirm updated information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, with a focus on phone calls as the primary method and emails as a secondary form.
Policy Renewals and Coverage Binding
- Follow up with clients to secure payment for policy renewals.
- Bind coverage and ensure all binding conditions are communicated and fulfilled.
Client Support and Mid-Term Requests
- Handle mid-term client questions, concerns, certificate requests, and policy-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
System and Data Management
- Organize time effectively to prioritize tasks and client interactions.
- Update and manage client information and activities in management system (Applied EPIC), ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on phone-based client engagement.
- Detail-oriented and organized to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with insurance policy processes, including renewals, applications, and binding coverage.
- Experience with client management systems is a benefit.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
