CAA is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Environmental Inspector to support multiple contracts in cities across Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.
The respective candidate will support the Environmental Services Department with local municipal stormwater program compliance efforts. This individual will perform inspections of commercial and industrial facilities for various municipal clients, to assist with their compliance of the current NPDES MS4 Permit requirements. Requires excellent communication, writing skills, ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, and be able to meet tight deadlines and budgets. The candidate must have previous commercial and industrial facility inspection experience.
QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field desired but not required.
SKILLS: Ability to perform inspections independently; analyze problems and identify solutions; operate in a variety of work settings; knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, and database applications; communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
SALARY: $20.00-$30.00.
