Full-Time Facilitated Enroller
Reports To: Director of Social Work

Responsibilities:
- Identify, educate, and enroll qualified Aged, Blind & Disabled population individuals into the relevant Medicaid health insurance program
- Assure that application is accurately completed and adhering to submission deadline dates
- Meet productivity and quality performance targets
- Attend internal and external trainings and meetings
- Understand overall eligibility requirements for government-sponsored health insurance programs
- Maintain timely knowledge of government-sponsored health insurance program updates or changes
- Assist with community outreach activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
- Must be bilingual in Chinese/Korean/Spanish and/or Bengali
- Experience working in a human service or health-related setting in Asian-American immigrant community
- Experience using computers
Compensation and Benefits:
