Client Relations Specialist – Plastic Surgery & Medspa Office

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Provide information on medspa treatments, skincare products, and services
- Check patients in and out, process payments, and verify insurance details as needed
- Assist with medical records, patient paperwork, and administrative tasks
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and waiting area
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow
- Support occasional office projects and additional administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a medical, medspa, or high-end customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments (or a willingness to learn)
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills
- A team player with a positive and proactive mindset
