The Role:
We are looking for an Estimator I or II with 4 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry and a background in commercial general contracting. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring strong estimating skills, including quantity take-offs, subcontractor bid analysis, and proficiency with estimating software. Experience in both Hard Bid and CMAR/GMP is a plus.
Candidates should have strong communication and analytical skills, be technologically proficient, and work well in a team environment. Those with existing subcontractor relationships in Austin or prior experience working with mid-sized general contractors are preferred.
