The Client:
Our client is a premier Naples-based Custom & Luxury Home Builder who specialise in high-end luxury homes. Founded in the 1980s, their Founder & President remains hands-on in each project. They have a highly regarded reputation, garnering extensive repeat-business and new clients through word of mouth.
The Projects:
Their projects are all located in Naples and surrounding area. They build ultra- luxury homes, prestigious beachfront properties and also complete some high-end residential renovations. Previous properties have sold on the real-estate market for over $60m in recent years.
The Role:
We are looking for a driven, self-motivated Project Manager to join their growing team. You’d ideally have 5 years of experience managing projects in the Luxury Homes market, as well as a 4-year Construction Degree from a reputable University/College.
