Project Manager | Conroe, TX | Up to $120K
The Client :
Our client is a well-established General Contractor with over 26 years of experience in commercial construction. Specializing in religious, non-profit, education, interiors, and commercial projects, they have successfully delivered high-quality builds across the Greater Houston Area. With a commitment to craftsmanship, integrity, and strong client relationships, they continue to be a trusted name in the industry.
The Projects :
Ground-up and renovation projects, including churches, schools, office spaces, and community facilities. Project budgets typically ranging from $5M to $50M.
The Role :
We are looking for someone with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience and 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Experience with tilt-wall, structural steel, and concrete construction preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Oversee contract buyouts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor safety compliance, quality control, and overall job site performance.
