Our client is a Commercial General Contractor based out of Alpharetta GA. They’re a small / mid-sized company with big growth plans and a pipeline seeing them firmly into 2026 and beyond.
The Projects :
Their portfolio spans from Multi-Family to Healthcare; Adaptive Reuse and Religious Special Projects (to name just a few!)
The Role :
You will be acting as Chief Estimator / Preconstruction Manager and will have the ability to build out a team of Estimators who will report directly into you.
You should have 7-15 years’ experience in Preconstruction & Estimating for a General Contractor.
