What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Lesson Coordinator position at Charles City, IA?
Duties include:
Providing supervision for all swimmers and swim instructors during lesson times.
Schedules instructors for upcoming lesson sessions and ensures appropriate student to instructor ratio
Develops class lesson plans
Helps instructors in the water when needed
Works and follows Red Cross swim lessons guidelines
Performs any other day to day activities as needed
Swim lesson hours are 10:30-12.40 Monday through Friday for 2 1/2 weeks in June then
again in July. A night session in July could be offered if instructor chooses.
Qualifications
Preferably has a WSI certification
