The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and manufacturing teams in creating high-quality products that meet customer requirements. This includes researching automation techniques, testing new systems for efficiency, and planning factory layouts to maximize production efficiency.
The chosen individual will share all departmental duties, maintain assigned goals for efficiency and productivity, and must be able to understand Lean concepts. Most importantly, they need to support the department's KPIs and be willing to understand the product firsthand.
We require a Bachelor's degree in engineering with 6 months of experience in manufacturing or a degree in a technical career with four years of experience in manufacturing of cable harnesses. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD design software, and English language (written and spoken) is also necessary.
